It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. If you have any questions about payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

 

Insurance

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to Jodi or Jean prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit dental insurance claims for you. We will help you to receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. We also work closely with CareCredit, an outside financing company.
